Your staff was excellent, we have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay, it is very comfortable, and very easy to get to the shopping
This time, was not so comfortable, room 216, was vastly over heated, the air conditioner was so loud, we had to turn it off.....we could not sleep......with the air condioner off, the room became so hot, we tried to turn the heat off, which we could not......at around 3.00am I fiinally had to open the window full.......guess what it had air filters outside the window going full blast...........not a very good night.....I Would recommed the hotel but will tell them not to take Rm 216 I also recommend that they place cut of's of the heating system....
Amazingly comfortable with bedding especially pillows
It was handy to several restaurants and coffee houses nearby, and so much more.
The room we stayed in needs upgrading, supposed to have flat screen TV instead a very outdated model.
Mostly location, just off of the Hendey gives quick access to Edmontons west side (West Edmonton Mall). I like the level of housekeeping in the rooms. I like the fact that there is a pub in the hotel.
There is nothing that I really don't like about the hotel.
One thing I did like was that it was easy access to the city limits.
We were very disappointed with the service in the resturaunt the morning we checked out. We had waited at our table for at least 10 minutes and no one even came around to serve us, although other tables that came in after us were served. There were 3 staff members that we had seen working and not one made an effort to acknowledge us. One server was much too busy counting her tips of the day, and the other two we could here chatting up a storm behind a dividing wall and yet when a single man came in the server was there within a minute and we sat there thinking, ok we are going to get served now, but no she walked right past us and entered his order and continued chatting with the other employee. We got up and walked out! Mad! As we walked out we made sure that people knew that the service sucked in the resturaunt. One person even turned around and left after we told him that. He said you can't any good service anywhere anymore. And we agree!
My children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the water slide. The only real big down fall of our trip was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (after midnight) and we all had to leave our rooms, which when you are traveling alone with three kids is very inconvienient. I am about ready on trying to visit the city. I January we stayed in Edmonton and our truck was vendalized and robed, likely by the hotel staff and now this.
It is clean and comfortable and good location
The only thing is at the restaurant there is a older waitress on monday and tuesday and I think she does not like her good not very much personality or smile, the other younger one very nice and has a great personality very pleasant I told her that she had these quality, but the other one I would not hire her.
I really like staying at your hotel. The staff are great and the rooms are clean. I like that there is a restaraunt and the food is good and the staff are also very nice. Also it is close to where I need to be when coming to Edmonton.
I do not like the cost. I come to see my Dad because he is in longterm care and 145.00 a night is more than I want to spend. I do not use the pool and when we were given the room with the tub in it we did not use that either. That is the only reason for not coming back for me.
Rooms very clean and staff very nice. My family lives in North Edmonton but very east to access the whole city from Hotel. Only ate breakfast but food was quite good.
More expensive that other hotels in St. Albert
We used the wheelchair friendly room which worked well. Staff were very helpful. Room was great, we had a crowd but it worked well for lots of chatting.
the toilet behind the door is not the best layout and a heat lamp in the bath room would be nice. For the most part we had little to complain about. Room was quiet dispite the busy highway near by. Room was very clean.
Availability and friendly staff.
There really was nothing negative about my stay.
This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay while in town for a couple of days on business. The rooms were spacious and all staff that I met were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again.
The locatoon for my m$eeting.
The bar outside the hotel.
We went to St.Albert for special olympics games as our son was playing floor hockey.St. Albert Inn was 10 min. away from the venue where games were played and 20 min. to West Edmonton Mall.
